My name is Jaz.

I show up as an intuitive guide, a mirror, and a wellness facilitator. I strive to infuse beauty, poetry, and creativity into every experience I design and every experience that I am a part of. I love creating virtual and physical environments that engage, inspire, and connect people on the deepest level.

Empathy is my superpower.

I see and feel deeply.

I am a firm believer in creating more spaces of rest, ease, and BEing, especially for people who have been historically oppressed.

My magic is most potent with BIWOC, femmes, & non-binary folks.

I channel The Divine to help bring you closer to yourself.

I have been healing myself with natural remedies + ancient practices for years. I am waiting for your invitation to share this wisdom with you.

 

I have been studying yoga, trauma, and ways to heal (myself) since 2013.

Since the beginning of my spiritual + healing journey I have learned so much as well as acquired a few certifications:

My Approach

 

I used to be so upset that I felt so deeply because it used to cause me so much pain. It took me a few years to integrate my spiritual gifts of claircognizance, clairsentience and clairvoyance as well as creating boundaries to ensure my wellness.

As much as I wanted to be a “light worker”, I accept that I am indeed a “shadow worker”; I guide people through the darkness back to their own light, I help people work through what most people don’t want to talk about, I remind people of who they are, which is a child of The Most High.

My goal, with every single offering that I share, is to give YOU the tools, information and wisdom to EMPOWER YOURSELF.

YOU ARE YOUR OWN HEALER. My job is to show up as your mirror & guide.

 

FEEL it

This world is constantly trying to keep us away from ourself and our greatness. Allow yourself to engage in rest, stillness, and play to come back to yourself, to feel yourself.

HEAL it

Once you know what is there, once you know what is yours, your responsibility then becomes to do what you can to heal the wound, to realign yourself with your Highest Self.
