Postpartum Doula SErvices

All birthing people are worthy of being cared for as their bodies recover from delivery and get accustomed to life with a newborn, whether it’s their first child or if they already have children. Care starts 1 month before EDD to create postpartum care plan and is suggested that is continue at least 40 days PP ( two visits per week for the first 2 weeks [4 visits], then 1 visit per week for 4 weeks).

Virtual + Eyes-on postpartum Doula Services Include:

Sliding scale: $1,500-4,000 for full service

OR

Ad-hoc/a la carte: $100 - $300 / hr

  • 2 prenatal meetings (2 hours max)

  • 8 postpartum meetings (4 hours max per meeting)

  • Text + email support

  • Co-creating care rituals

  • Assistance establishing care team

  • Meal train coordination

  • Meal planning

  • Witnessing/listening and emotional support

  • Checking bleeding

  • Lactation/infant feeding support

  • Finding resources for you + your family

  • Check-ins with other members of your family

  • Cesarean operation recovery care

In-person + Hands on Postpartum Doula Services Include:

Single babies

Sliding scale: $2,500-5,000 flat rate for full service

OR

Ad-hoc/a la carte :$100 - $375 / hr

  • Food preparation/cooking (additional fee)

  • Family support

  • Bedtime support

  • Watching/holding infant while parent showers/rests

  • Closing the bones ceremony at last visit (~40 days)
