Trauma With Your Mama is an 8-week course to guide you to better understand yourself, how the Trauma With Your Mama shaped you, and to share tools and knowledge that will help you align back to your truest highest self. I share tools to help you tap deep within yourself to release, transmute, and elevate the heavy feelings and emotions that were buried in your body from the trauma with your mama.
To be clear, Trauma With Your Mama IS SHADOW WORK. Trauma and grievances regarding the mother are not expressed because it is not a well talked about subject and/or there are not that many open and safe spaces to talk about the matter at hand. Because of the lack of this conversation, the traumas and feelings get ignored, creating problems later on in life (including self-esteem issues, difficulties in relationships, pent up anger, being abused or abusing others, depression, and anxiety). Holding on to trauma can and will negatively affect your relationship with yourself and others. Keeping trauma in the body can cause physical manifestations of dis-ease. Storing trauma in the body causes mental and emotional strain and weakness.
My goal is to help mother the collective, by opening up this dialogue and giving you all tools/skills/knowledge to become aware of the root of the repressed emotions in order to help them heal themselves.
Trauma With Your Mama is a seven-part course that helps you dig deep and break the cycles in the relationship that you have with your mother. Every week we will go deeper and deeper, uncovering what you may have buried in order to have fertile grounds to free up our emotions & GROW from the fruits of our labor.
The goal is to transmute anxiousness, hopelessness, and doubt into self-awareness, self-confidence, compassion, and love. We utilize the tools of science, spirituality, breathwork, the chakra system, the eight limbs of yoga, meditation, journaling, and somatic work to co-create a container for healing.
Although Trauma With Your Mama was created and designed for Black women+ and femmes, anyone who has mama trauma, is ready to do the work, and is ready to free themselves can and will benefit from this course.

Assess where the relationship with your mother stands + how much needs to be healed.
contextualize and sort out trauma(s) by allowing the them to become words & stories so that they can live outside of you rather than in your bodies.
Learn about where your feelings towards mother originate on an energetic level.

With support, dive into the shadows to see what may be causing pain and what can be transmuted.
Gain and shift perspective in regards to your mother.
Free up space to heal & grow.
Shift narratives from a fearful and hateful victim to a human who is in control of their own healing.
Tap into your inner strengths to empower yourself (I DO NOT empower you).
Change your internal state so that external validation is simply a bonus.
Acknowledge what is disturbing your peace so that you can heal yourself and, in turn, heal your lineage.
Release or transmute trauma out of the body = THRIVING.
Gain a higher awareness in the relationship to yourself, your mother, and those around you.
Increase the congruence of who you are with who you desire to be, embodying your most authentic essence.
