Alignment Sessions are designed to help you create a path back to yourself through the shadows, back to your true essence and back to your fullness. They are a means to assist you in aligning you with the highest vibration and a sustainable path.
In Alignment Sessions, you gain clarity:
• about what is happening in your life
• how you can navigate through your current situation
• the ways to move forward on/back to your path through messages from your Spirit team
With your permission, I connect with your Highest Self and receive the message(s) via tarot cards, oracle cards, and my intuition. These sessions are in-depth messages with no limit to how many cards are pulled or how long detailed the transmission is.
You have the option to work directly and indirectly with me. Choose the level of intimacy you are comfortable with via three different tiers that offer unique experiences based on your needs.
Our sessions will always begin and end in ceremony and ritual.

Clarity Alignment Session
With the clarity alignment session, ask a question regarding a specific situation/problem or get general feedback about how to get in alignment, overall, from your Spirit Team.
This session includes:
• audio recording of the reading sent to you
• written transcript of the reading
This format * does not * include meeting in person/virtually.

Deluxe Alignment Session
With the deluxe alignment session, you can ask a specific question or get general feedback from your Spirit Team.
This session includes:
• 1-hour virtual 1:1 meeting
• a personalized live guided meditation
• both audio and video recordings of the session
• written reading of the transmission that is yours to keep forever.

Supreme Alignment Session
With the deluxe alignment session, you can ask a specific question or get general feedback from your Spirit Team.
This session includes:
• 1.5 hour virtual 1:1 meeting
• customized breathwork experience including a playlist
• written reading of the transmission that is yours to keep forever.
• both audio and video recordings of the session

Ultimate Alignment Sessions
If you would like to work together for an extended amount of time, this is the choice for you. Ultimate Alignment Sessions are opportunities for us to develop intimacy with each other over the course of three months. We will co-create a wellness plan that is best for you.

After the consultation call, our next meeting will be the initial reading, meditation, and breathwork session. After that, we will meet virtually for 3 months every other week to discuss shifts and tune up your energy.

Ayurvedic health coaching is a means to assess you, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, getting to the energetic core of what is misaligning you. After receiving your thorough intake form, we will go over lifestyle shifts and natural remedies that best suit your needs, and create a custom wellness plan. **please note that I am not a medical physician or a certified therapist.
